Important Information for our Customers
In these unprecedented times, we have had to make some significant changes to how we operate to protect our colleagues and customers and every day we face a new challenge - today being no exception.
From Tuesday 24th March 2020 we will be closing our weaving mill for three weeks in line with the government directives. We have sent our staff home to be with their families and hope you understand the decisions we have made are to support our staff and the country as a whole.
Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to dispatch any products for these three weeks and will resume standard service when we can.
We understand this news comes with some disappointment, but rest assured we will come back from this with extra enthusiasm and drive and will endeavour to have your fabrics processed and dispatched as soon as possible.
In the meantime Simon Blackley, our Managing Director, will be holding the fort, taking enquiries about stock levels and can even reserve fabrics for you, which you can pay for when we are all backup and running. You can contact him from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday on 020 7722 0997 or email firstname.lastname@example.org (even just for a chat – we’re sure he will love the distraction).
If you have any particular worries or concerns about existing orders, do get in touch, and we will help where we possibly can.
We will try to keep you updated as much as possible on social media, and through our blog where we will take the opportunity to tell you more about the Ian Mankin story and our plans for the future. We hope you can stick with us through this challenging time; this is just a comma – not a full stop!
We’ll be right back!
